Returns & Refunds Policy
We are sure you will love your order from Butterflyy Bliss. Our intention on receipt of your goods should be a positive experience, however, if in the unlikely event that any Butterflyy Bliss product is damaged in transit, or any other issues upon receipt; kindly notify Butterflyy Bliss of your required return via e-mail: email@example.com within 3 days from receipt of the products for a full refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our goods and the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot offer refunds on any goods if you change your mind. This does not affect your consumer rights.
It is your responsibility to return items to us. We recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned. Please include your delivery note or copy of your email invoice and send in appropriate packaging. All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging, in the condition it was received & unused.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Great care is taken when researching and sourcing the ingredients. Please note, natural products or ingredients will not guarantee any adverse reactions due to the nature of being humans and individuals.
