For all orders placed before 12pm midday Monday to Friday, we will do our best to process and dispatch the same day. Orders placed after this time or on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed and dispatch on the next business day.

 

Delivery of UK orders is via Royal Mail or courier.

 

Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional shipping payment.

 

Postage and packaging is not included in Butterflyy Bliss product prices. Please see our delivery charges for full costs.

 

All delivery charges are subject to change.

 

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

 

As Butterflyy Bliss products are made-to-order, please allow 3-5 working days for UK delivery.  International delivery times may vary, so please allow up to 30 days.
